EDDIE DAVIES, M.A.

A human resource development specialist with experience as a project manager, management consultant,
trainer and coach. He gained hands-on experience as a project manager when working as the Regional Marketing Officer for London’s 120 Jobcentres on a series of diverse projects including launching government employment schemes e.g. Community Programme, exhibiting at national events e.g. Hotel Olympia, opening new Job Centres e.g. Wood Green Shopping City. He is a registered PRINCE2 practioner and both his CIPD studies and M.A. in Management extensively covered this topic area.
He has developed his expertise with national organisations, leading business schools and management consultancies. He has over 20 years experience of teaching project management, team working and leadership skills at a variety of levels on customised in-house training programmes – especially in the public and not-for-profit sector. He is the author of _The Project Management Activity Pack_– a trainer’s pack containing 22 tried and tested activities for developing the skills and knowledge of project managers regardless of their technical or professional discipline. Published by Fenman in 1998 (and recently updated for publication in 2006 with additional activities) it has been one of their consistent best sellers.

5 STEP BOOKING PROCESS

CREATE AN ACCOUNT: Click on Log in, then click the blue Register here button and then follow the instructions. Once you have filled in your details, click the Register button.

Step 2: Fill in any contact details that are missing where requested and click Next.

Step 3: Check the ‘Course Summary’ and make sure you have the right programme and price. Also, fill in your PO/reference number if you have one, then click Next.

Step 4: Fill in the participant(s) details, the click next.

Step 5: Ensure you are happy and click make booking.

Upon booking

PAYMENT & DOWNLOADING…

  • Payment can be made either by credit card or invoice

  • If payment is made via credit card when the booking is placed, the files will be available to download immediately from your account.

  • Click on My Account in the grey band at the top of the page. Then click on My Bookings where you will see your booking listsed.

  • Your download modules will now be listed. The password for each module will be listed on the right-hand side of each listing.
