Welcome then to the Falconbury Training Partnership Scheme. This subscription-based collaboration gives YOU, our valuable customer, membership of our scheme which will provide high-quality training at fantastic savings for your whole organisation.
It guarantees substantially discounted rates, up to 50%, off all of our training services whether, public, distance-learning or bespoke in-house training. You will also be partnered with a dedicated training adviser along with an in-house training consultant to help you with your training plans.

Before you can subscribe to be a member you will need to create an online account. Once an account has been created you can sign up for membership and an invoice will be sent to you.
NB: You can pay on-line by credit card when you subscribe and you will immediately be able to start benefiting from your subscription membership rate.
Upon payment of the membership fee you will be able to log in with your account name and password and will automatically be able to book with your discounted member price for as long as your membership is valid.
However, you can use the member password to allow other members of your organisation to book at the same rates, but without being able to see or change your account details. Just let them know to log in with the member number as their user name, and the member password.

3 Enter the details as requested (just a name, password, e-mail address and company name)
4 An e-mail will be sent to you containing a link, which you will need to click to validate your account NB: This is an automated e-mail, which may get caught in your spam filter so please check your spam if you do not receive anything
5 You will then be directed to your new account page where it will display a link to join now
6 Follow the 4 page checkout instructions to their conclusion
Important notice
Your membership and discount will not be enabled until payment has been received. Book by credit card when subscribing and your membership will start straight away and you will be able to use your discount immediately.

The Falconbury Training Partnership Scheme Terms & Conditions
1 The Falconbury Training Partnership Scheme special prices only come into effect upon receipt of payment of the subscription fee. Therefore any bookings received before payment is made will be held provisionally and confirmed and invoiced on receipt of payment.
2. The subscription lasts for 12 months from the 1st of the month after the booking has been received.
3. The Falconbury Training Partnership Scheme subscription is only valid for employees of your organisation. In order for any member of your organisation to benefit from the scheme discounts they must book via your online account or quote your Partnership Number when making the booking. NB Please be advised that once the booking is processed discounts cannot be applied historically.
4. The Falconbury Training Partnership Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offer, including multiple booking discounts, unless otherwise stated or negotiated.
5. The Falconbury Training Partnership Scheme is subject to a 14 day period after subscription, where the Scheme can be canceled free of charge. After this time any cancellation will incur the full fee.
6. Falconbury’s cancellation and transfer policy still apply to Training Partnership Scheme bookings.
Transfers & cancellations – all other events & courses
Once we have received your registration, the event or course is confirmed.
Any cancellations received 28 days or more before the date of the event or course will be charged a 10% administration fee. After that date the full fee will be charged.
Transfers can be made free of charge up to 28 days before the event or course (on payment of the difference if transferring to a higher value event or course). A maximum of one transfer is allowed; after the transfer no cancellations or further transfers can be accepted and the full fee will be charged.
Between 27-14 days before the event or course a 10% administration fee will be charged for transfers. No transfers can be accepted 13 days or less before the event or course.
Substitute delegates may be named at any time, although please note that for written courses, substitute participants must be named before the start of the course.
Transfers and cancellations – In Brief
Once we have received your booking/enrolment, the place(s) are confirmed.

• Transfers – Free of charge
• Substitute delegates – Free of charge
27 to 14 days before the course
• Cancellations – 100% fee
• Transfers – 10% fee
• Substitute delegates – Free of charge
13 to 0 days before the course
• Cancellations – 100% fee
• Transfers – 100% fee
• Substitute delegates – Free of charge
NB Transfers are subject to payment of the difference on higher value courses.

The personal information provided by you will be held on a database. Sometimes your details may be made available to external companies for marketing purposes.
