Before you can subscribe to be a member you will need to create an online account. Once an account has been created you can sign up for membership and an invoice will be sent to you.

NB: You can pay on-line by credit card when you subscribe and you will immediately be able to start benefiting from your subscription membership rate.

Upon payment of the membership fee you will be able to log in with your account name and password and will automatically be able to book with your discounted member price for as long as your membership is valid.

However, you can use the member password to allow other members of your organisation to book at the same rates, but without being able to see or change your account details. Just let them know to log in with the member number as their user name, and the member password.

The Falconbury Training Partnership Scheme Terms & Conditions

1 The Falconbury Training Partnership Scheme special prices only come into effect upon receipt of payment of the subscription fee. Therefore any bookings received before payment is made will be held provisionally and confirmed and invoiced on receipt of payment.

2. The subscription lasts for 12 months from the 1st of the month after the booking has been received.

3. The Falconbury Training Partnership Scheme subscription is only valid for employees of your organisation. In order for any member of your organisation to benefit from the scheme discounts they must book via your online account or quote your Partnership Number when making the booking. NB Please be advised that once the booking is processed discounts cannot be applied historically.

4. The Falconbury Training Partnership Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offer, including multiple booking discounts, unless otherwise stated or negotiated.

5. The Falconbury Training Partnership Scheme is subject to a 14 day period after subscription, where the Scheme can be canceled free of charge. After this time any cancellation will incur the full fee.

6. Falconbury’s cancellation and transfer policy still apply to Training Partnership Scheme bookings.

Transfers & cancellations – all other events & courses

Once we have received your registration, the event or course is confirmed.

Any cancellations received 28 days or more before the date of the event or course will be charged a 10% administration fee. After that date the full fee will be charged.

Transfers can be made free of charge up to 28 days before the event or course (on payment of the difference if transferring to a higher value event or course). A maximum of one transfer is allowed; after the transfer no cancellations or further transfers can be accepted and the full fee will be charged.

Between 27-14 days before the event or course a 10% administration fee will be charged for transfers. No transfers can be accepted 13 days or less before the event or course.

Substitute delegates may be named at any time, although please note that for written courses, substitute participants must be named before the start of the course.

How can I book?

A confirmed booking can be made in 5 easy ways:

Are there discounts available for multiple bookings?

Most of our courses have discounts available when you book more than one delegate at the same time – in most cases, a 10% discount on the second and subsequent delegates. This will be indicated on the page for the course and when you click ‘Book Now’ to start the booking process, the price you see will include any applicable discount.

In particular, note that on most of our distance learning courses, if you book 3 delegates, the 3rd delegate is free.

How can I make payment?

Payment can be made 1 of 3 easy ways

What is the VAT rate in the UK?

Change of UK VAT rate – please note that the UK VAT rate has changed to 15% and any course places booked will be charged VAT at the reduced rate. Please be advised that some promotional material for 2009 courses will have been printed before the change was announced but the correct VAT figure will be applied on invoicing.

As an international delegate how can I reclaim VAT?

If you are attending the course from outside the UK you can reclaim the VAT payable through HM Customs and Excise for more detailed information please visit their website.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for all our courses is smart casual. We want to ensure you can focus fully on the training and get the most out of the course so please make sure you wear comfortable attire.

Is there accommodation nearby, price and how can I book it?

Where is the course held? What time does the course start and end?

Your booking confirmation will tell you the name and address of the venue that your course is taking place at, and the start and end times. Alternatively, if you navigate to the page for the course on this site, it will show this information and, in most cases, provide a link to a map.

How do I get into London from Heathrow/Gatwick/Stansted/City Airport?

Can I cancel or transfer my booking?

Depending on how soon it is to the date of your course, you may be able to cancel or transfer to a later date. Please see our booking terms for more details. Note that if you are unable to attend, you may name a substitute delegate at any time.

Can I buy documentation?

Yes, the documentation provided to delegates is available for sale for most courses. Please contact us with details of the course you are interested in for more information.

Is lunch included in the price?

Lunch and refreshments during the day are included in the overall price.

The course I am attending is residential – what does this include?

All residential courses include accommodation from the night before the course starts until the night before the last day of training. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included plus a social programme. Please bear in mind that on some courses there will be evening work. All documentation plus a CD of the materials will be supplied.
