How to book
We can accept payment by cheque (in GB Pounds, drawn on a UK bank), BACS transfer or credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard or Switch), by any of the following means:
Online
Each event page has a link to the booking form. Just fill in the form and click ‘Submit’; your details will be sent to us and we will mail you an invoice, payable by cheque or BACS.
Post
If you have a brochure for the course you wish to attend, you can fill in the booking form and mail it to us at:

If you don’t have a brochure, contact us and we can mail one to you; alternatively, many of the event pages on this site have full brochures you can download.

Use our contact form to send us your details and we will issue an invoice. Please note that this form is not secure, so if you wish to pay by card, please order by post, fax or telephone.
Booking terms
Please note that payment must be received in advance of the event or course. Falconbury reserve the right to refuse admission or withhold materials if payment has not been received.
Transfers & cancellations for public events
Once we have received your registration, the event or course is confirmed.
Any cancellations received 28 days or more before the date of the event or course will be charged a 10% administration fee. After that date the full fee will be charged.
Transfers can be made free of charge up to 28 days before the event or course (on payment of the difference if transferring to a higher value event or course). A maximum of one transfer is allowed; after the transfer no cancellations or further transfers can be accepted and the full fee will be charged.
Between 27-14 days before the event or course a 10% administration fee will be charged for transfers. No transfers can be accepted 13 days or less before the event or course.
Substitute delegates may be named at any time, although please note that for written courses, substitute participants must be named before the start of the course.

NB Transfers are subject to payment of the difference on higher value courses.
Transfers & cancellations for distance learning
• Once we have received your enrolment, the course is confirmed
• Cancellations up to 7 days prior to hard copy materials being despatched, or prior to payment being received for download enrolments will incur a 10% administration fee, no cancellations are accepted more then 8 days after the enrolment has been received
• Transfer to a course of the same or higher value can be
made prior to hard copy materials being despatched, or prior to payment being received for download enrolments
• Payment for the course must be received in full within 28 days of receipt of a valid invoice
• Substitute participants may be named at any time prior to hard copy materials being despatched, or prior to payment being received for download enrolments

The personal information provided by you will be held on a database. Sometimes your details may be made available to external companies for marketing purposes.
